Inquiries and reservations

Submitting a form, receiving an automated confirmation, or discussing a date does not reserve your event. Your date is not reserved until the required contract and deposit are complete and Mila Bar has confirmed your booking.

Quotes and event agreements

Availability, pricing, service areas, packages, equipment, and event requirements are confirmed during the quote and booking process. Your signed service agreement controls payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, responsibilities, and other event-specific terms. If website information conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Alcohol and venue requirements

Clients supply alcohol unless a separate lawful arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing. Alcohol service is subject to applicable law, age restrictions, and venue rules. Responsibility for venue access, permissions, permits, and event requirements will be addressed during booking and in the service agreement.

Coming-soon equipment

Equipment identified as coming soon, including the six-tap electric cart, is not guaranteed to be available for a particular date. Confirm availability with Mila Bar before making plans based on that equipment.

Drink calculator

The drink calculator provides a general planning estimate. It is not a guarantee of quantities needed, a recommendation for individual alcohol consumption, or a substitute for a personalized event plan. Actual quantities depend on your menu, event schedule, guest preferences, and other factors. Please plan and serve responsibly.

Website content

We aim to keep information current, but website information may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm important details directly with Mila Bar. Event photography, illustrative images, and stock photography may show styling, venues, or arrangements that are not included in every booking.

Acceptable use and ownership
